01、整机为全封闭结构，顶部设有排风口，将废气排放到厂房的排气管道。
The whole machine has a fully enclosed structure. There is an exhaust duct at the top of machine, which will
exhaust the gas through the pipe.
02、槽体和框架均为全不锈钢，耐腐蚀，不生锈。
Both the tank and framework are produced by stainless steel which is incorruptible and resistant to rust.
03、萃取槽的上部装有冷排管，顶部装有气动盖板，多重防护，阻断溶剂挥发。
The extraction tank has a cold exhaust pipe and pneumatic cover in its upper body, which can provide the
multi-protection and prevent the evaporation of solvent.
04、配有蒸馏回收系统，提高溶剂的利用率，降低排放量。
The machine has a distillation equipment and solvent recycle system, which can improve the utilization rate of the
solvent and decrease the amount of emission.
05、本机配有制冷机组
The machine has a Refrigeration unit.
06、采用间接加热，温度均匀，安全防爆，可适用多种有机溶剂。
The machine has a balanced temperature by heating indirectly, so it is safe and anti-explosion. And it is suitable
for multiple organic solvent.
07、萃取槽和蒸馏槽之间的转液、蒸馏液的回流，采用气动隔膜泵和气动球阀按预定程序自动执行。
Both the process of transferring liquid and inversing distillate between Extraction tank and Distillation tank will
use the Diaphragm pump and Pneumatic ball valve to run the program automatically.
08、使用隔膜泵完成萃取液的添加和排放。
Use the Diaphragm pump to finish adding and discharging the extract.
09、萃取液的加热和冷却自动控制，按照设定萃取工艺路线自动切换。
Use the automatic control to heat up and cold down the extract according to the designed extract operation
route.
10、工件进出萃取槽采用机械方式，避免人工接触有机溶剂，降低劳动强度，改善工作环境。
The workpieces go in and out of the Extraction tank through the mechanical way, which can avoid manually
touching the organic solvent. So, it can reduce the intensity of work and also improve the working environment.
11、良好的操控性能：采用人机界面交互方式。
具有手动操作和自动操作方式，操作方式可选择。
提供实时报警、历史记录报警信息。
实时监控工作温度。
萃取时间可设定。
